Serving Buyers and Sellers in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire
|
| Dracut is a suburban town in Middlesex County. Dracut is bordered by the New Hampshire state line to the North and the Merrimack River & the City of Lowell to the South. Once home to many working farms, Dracut has seen an increase in new construction over the past decade. There are still a few working farms and others have been donated to the town in order to remain as Open Space. Dracut has long been a destination for first time buyers looking in the Merrimack Valley, and many of the newer developments have given current residents looking to upgrade to larger homes the opportunity to remain in town.
