Andover is a suburban community in Essex County located at the junction of Interstates 93 & 495.  Located just south of the Merrimack River and approximately 20 miles north of Boston, Andover offers a wide variety of housing.  Andover offers everything from condominiums for the first time buyer starting around $100,000 to multi-million dollar estates. There are many state parks and recreational facilities located throughout the town. The town is well known locally for both its public and private educational facilities.
