The Town of Billerica is a suburban town in Middlesex County located along Route 3 approximately 20 miles northwest of Boston. Billerica is a growing community which has seen lots of new construction over the past decade. While there are many new single family and condominium developments located in town, Billerica also offers many homes which were built in the late 1800's and early 1900's for those looking for a home with a little character.  Billerica offers many recreational opportunities. There are two public golf courses, a town beach on Nuttings Lake, and both the Concord and Shawsheen Rivers pass through the town.  There are many employment opportunities within the town.  Commuter rail services to downtown Boston is available in North Billerica, and Route 3 offers a convenient commute to regional employment centers.
