Tewksbury is a suburban community located in Middlesex County just south of the City of Lowell. Originally developed as part of the Town of Billerica, the Town of Tewksbury was formed in the early 18th century. Tewksbury, like many of the surrounding towns has seen an increase in new construction over the past decade.
