Serving Buyers and Sellers in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire
|
| Tyngsborough is a small but growing community in Middlesex County located along the New Hampshire border. The town is divided by the Merrimack River. The river plus the many small ponds provide numerous recreational options. The town has seen an increase in construction over the past 5-10 years. Most of the new construction has been of Colonial style dwellings in the 2200-3000 square foot range, but the existing housing inventory also provides many opportunities for buyers with low to moderate incomes. Route 3 offers a convenient commute to regional employment centers and the many retail outlets and malls in tax free Nashua, New Hampshire are just a short drive away.
